Clean Load Requirements
- 1 Clean loads must be free from any mixed materials or contamination
- 2 If quarry determines load is not Clean - Mixed Load pricing applied
- 3 If asphalt mixed with clean concrete - additional $150 charge
- 4 Bamboo is not considered LCD (Land Clearing Debris)
- 5 All recyclable materials must be properly sorted
Additional Charges
- 1 Overage charges of $100 per ton for exceeding weight limits
- 2 Trip coverage fee of $125 for overloaded/blocked dumpsters
- 3 Relocation fee of $125 for on-site moves without dumping
- 4 Wait time charge of $100 per hour after initial 15 minutes
- 5 Additional dump fees of $100 per item for special items

- 1 14-day standard rental period with $10/day extension fee
- 2 Same-day or next-day delivery available throughout DMV area
- 3 24-hour notice required for pickup or relocation
